Doing Lent Gently

Sometimes Lent can seem like a challenge rather than an opportunity, an exacting marathon which demands discipline rather than a spacious gift from God.
The last 2 years have been tough for most people. On this quiet day we shall take time to rest in God's presence, receive from his word, spend some time in quiet, think about how we might spend Lent this year and worship together.
Whether you have never done anything like this before or are an old hand, there will be something for you.
