Get to know Lydia Farnham
Lydia is a born and bred Telford local, although she studied and lived in Leeds and London before returning to Telford and starting a family. Having trained professionally in Musical Theatre, Lydia went on to complete her teacher training at secondary and sixth form level, teaching Performing Arts in schools locally for 9 years. Lydia then moved into more administrative roles in order to improve the balance between work life and family life. Most recently she worked as Parish Coordinator for the Central Telford Parish, which she really enjoyed and was great preparation for taking on the role with ReSource.
Lydia lives in Telford with her husband, David, and their son, Ezra. She has been actively involved in worship for many years (singing and piano) and served on the leadership team at a local church with responsibility for worship for just over 3 years.
Lydia is a keen performer and enjoys being on stage as well as being on the production team for shows as musical director or choreographer. She also enjoys using her creative brain for graphic design work and photography.
Lydia is thrilled to be in the ReSource team and feels very blessed to be a part of this ministry.
