Born and brought up in London, Tina studied Medicine in Manchester, and after qualifying trained in Psychiatry, then becoming a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, working across the Mersey Region. Brought up with experience of Sunday School, and confirmed as a teenager, it was not until after her second child was born in June 1989 that her faith came to life, during a Billy Graham mission.
In 1997 Tina had an experience of Christ calling her to follow him to preach and to heal, and the following years were spent in her working out how best to live this out. She spent eleven years as a Reader, and then was ordained in 2008 at Chester cathedral, serving her curacy in West Kirby. She has been Rector at Holy Trinity Church Blacon since January 2012.
Tina is married to Clive, and has three children and three grandchildren.
